- Measurement of first pieces and finishing of measurement reports
- AQL incoming control
- Intermediary supervisory control
- 100% end-control of products
- Statistical monitoring of the results
Equipment:
- 3D measuring machine DEA Hexagon
- Optometer CONPHIS; optical device for dimensional measurements and visual control. Possible measurements for dimensions smaller then 15 mm with magnifier, piece-photography
- Profile Projector HAUSER; for measurements of lengths and angles
- Digital measuring clock Mitutoyo for measurement of heights
- Digital micrometer Mitutoyo for measurements up to 25mm, with accuracy 0,001mm
